The problem itself is located in the delicate area, so you need to be careful when using the cream. It is recommended to follow the following sequence of steps:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the affected areas on the outside and inside the canal with a soap solution to remove traces of defecation.
2. Allow the cleaned areas to dry or stain with a clean, dry cloth (it is best not to use paper, as fiber particles may remain after them).
3. Apply a small amount of cream on the fingers and distribute it directly on the inside and outside of the hemorrhoids. It does not make sense to use many products because of the concentrate content. In addition, it forms the thinnest film on the surface to protect against pathogenic microorganisms and bacteria, which will prevent further absorption of the components, which reduces the effectiveness of the drug.
4. Wait until the cream is completely absorbed, if necessary, remove the excess with a napkin.

Depending on the stage of hemorrhoids, the course of treatment can be from 15 to 30 days, the cream should be applied twice a day in the morning and evening. You should not take a break, because the agent has a cumulative effect, and its effect is fully manifested only when it reaches a certain concentration of active ingredients.

How it is used to prevent hemorrhoids

Gelarex cream can be used for prophylactic purposes in the absence of visible symptoms of hemorrhoids, but with some discomfort or constipation. In this case, it is enough to use the agent once every 10-15 days to normalize the situation and prevent further development of the disease.

Contraindications
